Tasted at Saratoga Whiskey Club Tasting # 69 - Westland. This whiskey is a special bottling that is part of the "Native Oak Series" released in September 2019. There were 3750 bottles in the release. The whiskey was fermented for 144 hours with Belgian Brewer's Yeast, and matured for a minimum of 44 months in a combination of 1st-fill ex rye, 1st-fill ex bourbon, new Garryana oak, Pedro Ximenez hogsheads and refill Garryana oak. The barley bill is a 5-malt combination: 70% Washington Select Pale Malt (WA), 12% Extra Special Malt (WI), 10% Munich Malt (WA), 4% Brown Malt (UK) and 4% Pale Chocolate Malt (UK).
