51% Madeira Finish / 44% Sauternes Finish / 5% Port Finish. I had so much fun blending this with the Saratoga Whiskey Club when we visited the WhistlePig Farm Distillery in October, 2019. And, now I’m REALLY enjoying it. With the higher Sauternes cask content and lower Port and Madeira cask content than the standard Old World 12yr, the rye notes are more prominent, and it conveys a lighter fruitiness. A delicious dessert rye. Cheers!
