The wheated bourbon whiskey in the Buffalo Trace Antique Collection (BTAC). Tasted at Lucky Day Whiskey Bar (Buffalo NY). My initial taste was without any water; and the finish was short and the balance was a bit rough. I would have scored Balance 23 and Finish 23, for a Total Score of 93. After I added a couple of drops of water, it was much better. It was gentler and had a longer finish with nice vanilla notes: 1 point more each for finish and balance for a total score of 95.
