Tasted at First Fill Spirits (Saratoga Springs, NY USA) on my birthday, using the 7-year age statement as a 7-year contribution to 67 years of Scotch for my 67th birthday. The single-cask whisky was distilled in 2017, matured in a First-Fill Oloroso Sherry Cask (Cask # UC039), and bottled in 2024. There were 720 bottles in the outturn.
