Tasted at Saratoga Whiskey Club Tasting # 188 - Scotland A to Z Part VI. This whisky is part of the Bunnahabhain Westering Home Collection 2025 - "The beginning of the journey." It was distilled in 2008. Part of the spirit was fully matured for 15 years in Manzanilla sherry. Part of it was matured in a 10-yr refill cask that was finished for 5 yrs in an Amarone cask. Then, the two parts were married together before bottling.
