Tasted at Saratoga Whiskey Club Tasting # 193: Scotland A to Z Part VII. Carsebridge was a grain distillery that closed in 1983. This single-cask whisky was distilled in October 1976 (The Year of the Dragon), matured in a refill hogshead, and bottled in August 2023 by independent bottler Douglas Laing in commemoration of the Wood Dragon. There were only 156 bottles.
