Tasted at Saratoga Whiskey Club Tasting # 193: Scotland A to Z Part VII. In 2017, Tim Morrison opened The Clydeside Distillery, fulfilling his ambition to revive distilling single malt whisky once more in Glasgow. His family has a long history in the Scotch Whisky business. On 15 October 2021, The Clydeside Distillery launched its first Single Malt Whisky. This whisky was fully-matured in an Oloroso Sherry cask.
