The mash bill for this rye is 63% rye, 17% yellow corn, 20% malted barley. This single-barrel store pick by First Fill Spirits (Saratoga Springs, NY USA) is a delicious and unusual rye. It has a very creamy texture with lots of vanilla and little of the typical rye-spice bite. It may be due to the high malted barley content in the mash bill. It was matured in Warehouse E at Castle & Key.
