Celtic Cask whiskeys are bottled by the Celtic Whiskey Shop in Dublin Ireland. This is a single cask bottling, double distilled at Cooley Distillery, initially matured for 18 years in a 1st-fill bourbon barrel, then part of the cask was re-casked in a 125-litre Oloroso sherry cask for 1 year, and then re-married with the remainder to create a total of 206 bottles. This is bottle 114 of 206. Distilled 8 Nov 1999. Bottled 6 Dec 2018. Tasted at Saratoga Whiskey Club.
