This was distilled in 1992 at Cooley Distillery in Ireland and matured in an ex-bourbon barrel for 11 years. It was then transferred to the Cadenhead's Warehouse in Scotland in 2003, where it was matured for an additional 16 years and bottled in May 2019 for Cadenhead Open Day. By rule/definition, this is an 11-year Irish Whiskey, since it only matured in Ireland for 11 years. However, the total maturation was for 27 years. Tasted at Saratoga Whiskey Club.
