Distilled 21 Nov 1995, matured in a refill sherry butt (cask # 11251) and bottled on 25 Feb 2019. Tasted at Saratoga Whiskey Club "Whisky Hoop" tasting. The Whisky Hoop is an exclusive club associated with some of the finest bars in Japan; and they get special single cask releases of Scotch whisky. We were privileged to try 6 of them in one night. Wow!
