Tasted at Saratoga Whiskey Club Tasting # 204 - Scotland A to Z Part IX. This whisky was distilled in 2008 at the Dufftown Distillery, which makes Singleton Whisky for Diageo for the European market. It was matured in a single cask (Cask # 96, an ex-bourbon barrel) and finished in a Pineau cask (French fortified wine made from unfermented grape juice added to Cognac). There were 189 bottles in the outturn.
