I tasted this single-barrel whiskey from New Scotland Spirits (a relatively new distillery at the edge of the Helderberg Mountains in western Albany County NY) at First Fill Spirits (Saratoga Springs, NY). It is comprised of 100% winter wheat; and the distillery describes it as "field to flask." It was bottled in 2022.
