Tasted at Saratoga Whiskey Club Tasting # 197 - Burns Night 2026. This whisky was distilled at the Highland Park Distillery, matured 22 years in a Refill Oloroso Sherry Hogshead, and bottled in 2025 by The Uncharted Whisky Company, an independent whisky bottler located in Fintry, Scotland, operated by Jack Breslin and Dana de Vos. They both came from the drinks industry and wanted to bottle their own whisky under this new brand. All of their releases are named after famous musicians, songs, and albums.
