Tasted at Saratoga Whiskey Club "Blind January" tasting, where each participant tried to guess the country of origin, grain, ABV and type of barrel used. Indri is a new whisky from the Piccadily Distillery at the foothills of the Himalayas. The Indri "Trini" or Triple Wood is comprised of whiskies matured in three different types of casks and then married together: Ex-Bourbon, PX Sherry & French Wine casks.
