Tasted at Saratoga Whiskey Club Tasting # 205 Japanese Whisky Dinner at Sara's Kitchen (Saratoga Springs, NY). Kuju Distillery was founded in February 2021 by the owners of a liquor store. The distillery sits at an elevation of 600m in the Kuju highlands, at the base of the Kuju mountains. The distillery brought in Forsyth pot stills from Scotland to make their whisky. Sora 2025 is a lightly-peated expression.
