Tasted this as Day 4 of The Saratoga Whiskey Club Advent Calendar 2020. Every day is a new adventure with a blind tasting, where we each try to guess the country of origin, the type and age of the whisk(e)y, the ABV, and the distillery, followed by a reveal at 9PM. This experimental whiskey offering from Midleton was matured in Ex-Bourbon and Ex- Sherry casks, and finished in Chestnut Casks. It tasted very much like a younger sibling of Red Spot.
