Tasted at Saratoga Springs Tasting # 70 - Rye Whiskey. This single-barrel selection is the first bottling by the Scotch Malt Whisky Society of New York Distilling spirit. It was distilled on October 2012. Mashbill: 72% rye, 16% maize (i.e. corn), 12% malted barley. Only 132 bottles were made available to the USA.
