Tasted as Day 16 of The Saratoga Whiskey Club Advent Calendar 2023. Every day is a new adventure with a blind tasting, where we each try to guess the country of origin, the type and age of the whisk(e)y, the ABV, and the type of barrel/cask used for maturation, followed by a reveal at 9PM. This whiskey is a blended bourbon comprised of 5 mash bills from 8 different distillations (8-10 Year 21% Rye Distilled in 2007, 2008, 2009 / 3-8 year 36% Rye Distilled in 2009, 2014 / 9 Year 95% Rye Distilled in 2008 / 9 Year Corn Whiskey (15% Rye) Distilled in 2008 / 10 Year Light Whiskey Distilled in 2007.
