Tasted as Day 15 of The Saratoga Whiskey Club Advent Calendar 2023. Every day is a new adventure with a blind tasting, where we each try to guess the country of origin, the type and age of the whisk(e)y, the ABV, and the type of barrel/cask used for maturation, followed by a reveal at 9PM. This single- barrel whiskey was a store pick from Westport Whiskey & Wine (Louisville, KY). The whiskey was distilled on 25 Apr 2013 from a 75% corn, 13% rye, 12% barley mash bill, dumped on 26 Jun 2013, matured in a new charred oak barrel (# 22-0039) and bottled on 17 Jul 2023.
