Cù Bòcan is an experimental whisky series from Tomatin that means "ghost dog" or "puppy dog" in Scottish Gaelic. This is a lightly peated whisky matured in a combination of bourbon, Oloroso sherry + American Virgin Oak Casks that I tasted at the Tomatin Distillery.
