Tasted at Saratoga Whiskey Club Tasting # 69 - Westland. This whiskey is a single cask, cask strength bottling released in 2020. There were only 162 bottles in this release, exclusive to retailers in New York State. The whiskey was fermented with Belgian Brewer's Yeast for 144 hours and matured for 37 months in an ex-Oloroso Hogshead. The malt bill is 100% Washington Select Pale Malt. UPC: 855410003871.
